The registration fee includes the cost of a lunch on Friday, the conference banquet on Saturday evening, and a reception, on Friday evening. Early bird fee is due by 31st December.
The conference hotel is the Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley. Each individual conference participant must make his or her own reservations before Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Please refer to the registration form for details on how to book the conference special rate at the Shattuck.
All overseas conference participants who travel to the United States need to have valid travel documents. Several countries participate in the US Visa Waiver Program, but participants from these countries still need to apply for a US Travel Authorization before travelling to the United States. Participants from other countries need to apply for a visa as well as a Travel Authorization before travelling.
